Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jtea7 platform — including its cricket betting markets, casino game lobby, payment services, promotional programs, and customer support channels — you confirm that you have read this Terms & Conditions document in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jtea7 platform and must not register for or maintain an account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Eligibility and Account Registration

The jtea7 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jtea7 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in compliance with responsible gaming standards. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended and any remaining balance forfeited pending further review.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on jtea7. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided to jtea7 must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. You are required to notify jtea7 promptly of any change to your registered details.
• Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under guardianship or legal incapacity may not register.

jtea7 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point. This may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or equivalent document, together with proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by jtea7 may result in account restriction or closure.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jtea7 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. jtea7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's account. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have notified jtea7 of suspected unauthorised access.

In the event that you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jtea7 support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay. jtea7 reserves the right to freeze an account as a precautionary measure while an unauthorised access investigation is in progress.

• Use a strong, unique password for your jtea7 account that is not shared with any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for enhanced account protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Never disclose your password or OTP codes to any person, including jtea7 support staff — jtea7 will never ask for your password.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

jtea7 supports a range of local and international payment methods for the convenience of Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The availability of any specific payment method may vary from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your jtea7 balance in real time under normal operating conditions. jtea7 does not charge transaction fees on deposits from its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawals via mobile financial services typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jtea7 reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is large or account activity is unusual.

Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jtea7 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jtea7 may require documentary evidence of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jtea7 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fees are applied.

Betting Rules and Casino Games

All betting and casino gaming activity on the jtea7 platform is subject to the specific product rules applicable to each market, game, or event. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

Sports Betting: Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by jtea7's Sports Betting Rules, which set out how markets are settled, how void bets are handled, and how in-play markets operate. All odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. jtea7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed, or where a technical error has affected the odds displayed.

Casino Games: All casino games available through the jtea7 platform — including slots, crash games, table games, and live dealer titles — operate on independently audited random number generator (RNG) software. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the respective game information panels. jtea7 is not responsible for the outcome of any individual game session.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer tables are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. Once a bet is placed and the relevant game round has begun, the bet cannot be modified or cancelled. jtea7 accepts no liability for interruptions to live dealer streams caused by third-party network or infrastructure issues.

• Bets placed using funds subject to an active wagering requirement may be restricted from certain high-RTP game types. Please review the applicable bonus terms before placing bets.
• Maximum bet limits apply on certain games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• jtea7 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings on any individual bet or game session where technically justified.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jtea7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament-specific promotions aligned with events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the relevant bonus, after which any uncleared bonus funds will expire.

Bonus Eligibility: jtea7 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer and to exclude players from specific promotions at its sole discretion. Abuse of promotional terms — including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, structured play designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion — will result in bonus forfeiture, account restriction, and potential permanent suspension.

Offer Modification: jtea7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to an active offer will not affect bets already placed or wagering already completed under the previous terms.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jtea7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Fraud: Using stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorised payment instruments; providing false identity information; conducting or facilitating money laundering through the platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional terms through structured play, bet-hedging across accounts, or any systematic approach intended to extract value from bonuses without genuine engagement.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share account access, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or otherwise interact with the jtea7 platform without genuine human engagement.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the jtea7 platform's backend systems, APIs, databases, or security infrastructure.
• Abuse of Support: Engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward jtea7 support staff or other platform users.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

All content on the jtea7 platform — including but not limited to the jtea7 brand name, logo, visual design, website code, game assets, written content, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of jtea7 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jtea7 platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial recreational betting and casino gaming as permitted by these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jtea7 platform without express written permission.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Use jtea7's branding, logos, or trademarks in any context outside the platform without prior written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract data from the jtea7 platform for any commercial or non-personal purpose.

Any unauthorised use of jtea7's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jtea7 and its officers, directors, employees, and service partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from account compromise due to failure on your part to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, server outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Any technical error affecting the display of odds, game results, or account balances, where jtea7 has taken reasonable steps to rectify the error upon discovery.
• Outcomes of individual betting markets or casino game sessions, which are subject to the inherent risk and randomness of gambling.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your mobile financial service provider or banking institution.

jtea7's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Non-material clarifications or corrections may be applied without prior notice.

Your continued use of the jtea7 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting jtea7 support via live chat.

Termination by jtea7: jtea7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or if account closure is required for regulatory or legal compliance reasons.

Termination by You: You may close your jtea7 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawals of verified, non-bonus balance funds will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy. Bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements will not be paid out upon account closure.
